SHIPPING POLICY

Your Teff Lifestyle orders are sent with Australia Post. This service is typically takes 3-4 business day for main cities in NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS and ACT, however, please expect longer in for rural areas. Delivery is typically 7-8 business days for TAS, WA and NT.

All dispatched Teff Lifestyle products will receive an email providing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched with in 1-2 days through Australia post.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is something wrong with a food product upon delivery or collection and you let us know that day we will absolutely refund you the total amount.
